LITIGATION

OVERVIEW

Despite all efforts to resolve issues, sometimes, an appearance in Court is the only means left to finalise a matter. In such a case, Sojong can provide you with the necessary skills to proceed in Court while always keeping the option of a settlement open, so as to prevent the overwhelming experience of a Court hearing.

An initial consultation is strongly recommended, as it will provide an opportunity for us to assess the case and provide the best strategies in moving forward.
